Mileage and MOT

MOT, from the government's MOT records (DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), as of 5 November 2026: valid until 29 January 2027.

It failed its MOT on 30 January 2026 (subframe mounting prescribed area excessively corroded significantly reducing structural strength; bonnet cannot be secured in the closed position) and passed later the same day.

Advisories at the latest test: oil leak, but not excessive; offside inner sill corroded; front brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened; and 3 more.

Mileage at that test: 99,715 miles. The advert says 99,000 miles, fewer than the MOT record, so ask the dealer which is right.
