Mileage and MOT

MOT, from the government's MOT records (DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), as of 4 November 2026: the latest record we hold ran out on 14 October 2026; ask the dealer for the current MOT.

It has had 21 MOTs. The latest, on 21 October 2026, failed.

It failed on: nearside rear vehicle structure is deformed and structural rigidity is significantly reduced holed around suspension arm bolt.

Advisories at the latest test: nearside rear tyre slightly damaged/cracking or perishing cracking outer wall; nearside front suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement perishing; offside front suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement perishing; and 1 more.

Mileage at that test: 98,913 miles. The advert says 98,000 miles, fewer than the MOT record, so ask the dealer which is right.

Advertised mileage is about 27,000 miles higher than the median mileage of a 2009 Toyota Yaris on AskCar.
