The dealer is asking £10,499, which is £1,218 below our market estimate of £11,717. Our estimate draws on 10,610 Volkswagen Golf adverts across the UK, adjusting for age, mileage, trim, engine and other specifications. The asking price is now £1,500 lower than when we first recorded the advert 146 days ago. That may be worth mentioning if you discuss the price with the dealer.
